Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with Smart TVs throughout the home: a 40-inch TV in the front room, a 65-inch TV in the family room, and a 42-inch TV on the back patio (use your own app logins). The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, microwave, oven, blender, stove, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and water dispenser. There's also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

For indoor fun, challenge your friends and family to a game on the pool table, ping pong table, or foosball table. If you’re musically inclined, there’s even a piano! The home is equipped with central A/C, ceiling fans, portable fans or heaters, and essential safety features like a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke alarms. An ironing board is also available.

Step outside to a private fenced-in backyard where you can relax on the patio, featuring a loveseat, two chairs with a table, a dining table with seating for six, and two lounge chairs. Enjoy a game of darts on our dartboard. The highlight of the outdoor space is the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off under the Arizona sun.
