Welcome to beautiful Happy Haus! Our 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and is ready for you to enjoy your vacation, staycation, or workation!  A prime location near the AZ-51 freeway will put you in the center of it all to experience DT Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and the surrounding areas.

There is so much to see and do it's hard to fit it all into one trip.  Some local favorites for high end dining are Maestro's City Hall and Steak 44.  Wanna grab some taco's and marg's on the patio?  Check out Joyride Taco or Blanco Taco's + Tequila.  If hitting the fairway is what you have in mind, then Palo Verde Golf Course and the Encanto Golf Course are minutes away.  If you're looking for a place to get out into nature Lake Pleasant is about 45 minutes north and you can experience kayaking, boating, and a day at the water. 
Arizona State University, Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training Facilities, Phoenix Zoo, Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Top Golf, OdySea Aquarium are some great places to see during your stay.  So much to see, and so little time!

  We had a wedding in Phoenix and needed a place to stay. We really didn’t want to do a hotel. We found Happy Haus and thought it looked like a good place. When we arrived it was even better than we hoped for! The place was super clean, bigger than it looked in pics and setup just right. Beds were very comfortable, clean and rooms were nice. The pool was super clean and perfect temp. We used the gazebo a lot! Nice to be outside. They had a charcoal grill we used twice. I would highly recommend this place!

  Overall this is a great rental. It has plenty of space. We had 4 adult people. It was clean overall and in a good location. Can easily get to anywhere with a car. Pool isn’t big but was perfect for us. We didn’t pay to heat it, and glad we didn’t because it was plenty warm for our 110 degree days! The Good Life management is very responsive and easy to work with. Got back immediately when we needed the air conditioning adjusted. Nothing fancy but a great place to stay!
