No hotel necessary!  Cozy Corner Charm Unit A provides essentials for your stay while giving you the privacy of a vacation rental home.  Located minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Arizona State University, Mill Avenue, Tempe Town Lake, and Old Town Scottsdale.  The backyard beats a balcony with a BBQ, Corn Hole, chaise lounges, and patio table.  

Throughout the home you will find artwork and accents from local thrift shops that capture the spirit of Arizona.  The living room has ample seating including a chair and reading lamp by the front window. Absolutely perfect for getting lost in your favorite book.  If TV is how you pass your downtime, there is a Smart TV for streaming Apps and digital antenna for local channels. The fully stocked kitchen has all you need to make meals at home, although there are too many good restaurants to pass up a taste of something new.  Ask us if you need some recommendations!

The next door neighbor has a rooster which may disturb some light sleepers.
