The larger unit (Unit A) has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and is about 900 square feet. The second unit (Unit B) is a 300 square foot studio style setup with full kitchen. The home is located just North of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway and 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Located between Arizona State University and Old Town Scottsdale makes it easy to get where you need to go with public transportation or an Uber/Lyft.
